Paramus, New Jersey

This project involved a complete overhaul of the shopping center facade and new tenant divisions to accommodate the anchor tenant, LA Fitness. LA Fitness features a highly customized facade and canopy which we consulted with the tenant's architect and structural engineers to complete. Golf Galaxy relocated to this shopping center from their previous location next door.  We also worked with the architects and site engineers for Starbucks to facilitate the construction of a new foundation slab on which the new Starbucks building was constructed. Dahn & Krieger works continually with the landlord at this property as new tenants come to occupy the shopping center.
