Lorenzo received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the School of Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1997. He is currently licensed to practice architecture in the State of New Jersey, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Lorenzo has worked as a project manager on a variety of projects including residential, commercial, institutional, and interior design development. He has extensive experience with single-family & multi-family residential dwellings, institutional & educational facilities, and office planning.
His work responsibilities include all phases of design services including the production of construction documents, construction administration, as well as working closely with the principal architects on large-scale projects. He is well versed with CAD applications, 3-D modeling, and has a wide range of computer knowledge.
Lorenzo also has an extensive background through work-related experience in construction, which stems from a family-owned and operated construction firm. He has designed and constructed numerous residential and commercial projects throughout the Northern New Jersey area.
Lorenzo is also currently involved with candidate preparation and development for the Architectural Registration Exams or ARE’s, helping candidates prepare for and obtain licensure through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. With the use of his own study habits, recommended readings, and prior exam preparation experience, Lorenzo has helped develop an online course and coaching program which is widely used in the ARE candidate community.
