While this project is still in the conceptual phase, Dahn & Krieger is working closely with the property owner to accommodate their wish to construct a new retail and food user building on the site of a former Burger King. This building will host 13,600 s.f. of divisible tenant space to include retail, food users, and personal service tenants. The project scope will include extensive site work as well. The design has evolved to realize the owner's vision while staying on budget and maintaining a connection to the architecture and style of the surrounding neighborhood.
