Working with the building owner, we have strived to bring this building into a new era. One of the largest projects in this building was to renovate the existing lobby. We were aiming to welcome patrons into a simplistic but striking entry space. The double-height lobby speaks for itself but with our vision, it is now an open, bright, and contemporary space. In addition to the lobby renovation, our office has consulted on the renovation of the exterior and modified common restrooms for this building. We continue to work with the building management to facilitate interior fit-outs for the building tenants.
