The scope of this project was to expand and renovate the common area of the existing assisted living facility at River Vale. The intent was to create an expanded multi-purpose room and to connect to the outdoors by constructing a new veranda directly outside of this addition. The design was meant to fuse the new addition with the existing building aesthetic and generate a seamless transition for the tenants occupying the facility.
