Our project team has worked closely with the property owner to facilitate the design of this new medical office building which has evolved into a towering modern structure. It will eventually be a multi-tenant building featuring 3 floors of garage parking with 3 stories of medical and surgical suites above. The concept of the design is meant to connect to the hospital close by and will host a number of hospital-affiliated practices. The design of the building is steel construction with multiple applications of prefabricated panels including concrete and steel panels. This lends itself to varying the materials of the facade. The resulting space on the upper floors is highly adaptable, divisible space that offers exposure to sunlight no matter the location within the building.
