This project entailed the construction of a new stand-alone steel and masonry mixed tenant building with over 68,000 s.f. of divisible tenant space. The front of the building was designed to look as though each tenant has an individual storefront along a streetscape. The massive scale of this building provides large tenant spaces and warehouse space. There is a second floor within the structure that hosts a self-storage facility.
