Dahn & Krieger executed this conceptual design for a new shopping center in Howell Township and coordinated with the architect for BJ's wholesale club on behalf of the property owner. This 225,000 s.f. shopping center has yet to be realized, however, the BJ's portion of the building was completed in 2008.
