The project will involve selective tree removal in the site to carefully position the residence to maximize the potential views of the New York City skyline. This project rejects ornament and embraces minimalist form and program. Through materiality the project will capture the beauty of programmatic form and asymmetrical composition expressed through the ribbon windows.
