​With more than 30 years of architectural and construction experience, Lorenzo Franchina offers a comprehensive and results-driven approach to every project. A licensed architect in New Jersey and New York, he earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture in 1997. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), holds certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and is a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) through the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).

Lorenzo’s professional experience encompasses a broad spectrum of project types, including custom residences, multi-family developments, commercial and institutional facilities, and educational environments. His background in both architecture and construction, developed through years of owning and managing his own construction firm, enables him to integrate design vision with technical and practical execution. This dual expertise allows him to deliver projects that are aesthetically refined, cost-effective, and constructible.

At the firm, Lorenzo provides leadership across all phases of project development, from conceptual design and documentation through construction administration. He is recognized for his collaborative management style, technical rigor, and commitment to achieving excellence in every detail. His proficiency with advanced digital design and documentation tools supports efficient project delivery and reinforces a culture of precision and accountability.

Beyond his professional practice, Lorenzo is passionate about mentoring the next generation of architects. He develops study programs, online courses, and personalized coaching to support candidates pursuing licensure through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). His structured yet encouraging approach has helped countless emerging professionals gain confidence, deepen their understanding of the profession, and successfully pass the Architectural Registration Exams (ARE).
