Working alongside BMW North America, Dahn & Krieger transformed a standard building into a visionary, multi-use flagship dealership. We completely overhauled the exterior, replacing the lower brick facade with a striking floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall and modern architectural accents.

Inside, we removed partial floor structures to create a grand, double-height showroom, complete with an innovative rear vehicle ramp. Beyond the premium customer experience areas on the ground floor, we fully modernized the building's infrastructure and converted the upper levels into premium office and medical spaces, which now proudly include our own Dahn & Krieger offices.
