Working directly with the owner-tenant for this existing building, we were able to reimagine every aspect from the outside in. This project involved completely new interiors, including new office layouts, conference rooms, support staff spaces, flooring, and ceilings. On the exterior of the building, we added new fenestrations, refaced each facade with drainable EIFS wall systems, and added a new architectural element at the entry consisting of new metal insulated panels and extruded aluminum canopies at each building entry point. This will serve as a corporate headquarters for a family-owned business based in Bergen County.
