Kohl Industrial Park was a massive design collaboration between our office and the property owner. This industrial park features 3 buildings that range in size from 30,000 s.f. to 160,000 s.f. The design of the exterior of these buildings was meant to draw the observer in, while inviting light and openness into the interior. The construction features precast wall panel construction and steel framing with glass and aluminum curtain wall construction at the front facade. Some tenants include nationally recognized brands that use the space for manufacturing and warehouse storage.
