This is an existing shopping center at which Dahn & Krieger works closely with the property owner to facilitate tenant fit-outs, facade work, tenant subdivisions, and advise on site work. The property features 49,850 s.f. of mixed retail space at the ground level, 46,840 mixed retail and tenant space on the lower level, and a 29,450 s.f. supermarket. We have worked with the owner on subdividing tenant spaces, interior fit-outs for national and regional retailers as well as documenting existing conditions of the property.
