The challenge of this design was to not exceed the original footprint of the former Burger King that exists on the site. Dahn & Krieger visualized the project as a simple box with two portals as main entry volumes to create focal points. The objective of this project was also to subdivide the existing footprint into two retail spaces.  Dahn & Krieger Architects completed Construction Document, drawings for site plan approval and rendering for the client.
