This project consisted of the construction of new stand-alone retail building. This building features 14,500 s.f. of divisible retail space and currently hosts a national beauty retailer as well as 2 food users. We worked with the property owner to facilitate a design that would be in keeping with the style of the existing adjacent shopping center. The scope of the project included extensive site work as well.
