This project involved a muti-phased renovation of the building's facade to update and modernize the mansard roof and outdated tenant signs that previously existed. The facade renovation coincided with the construction of Franklin Lakes Towne Square West which sits across the street from this site. Dahn & Krieger also works closely with the landlord of this property to do interior work for the variety of tenants that occupy this shopping center. New monument signs were added to the site as part of the exterior renovation work as well.
